I am opening a new restaurant and have some areas I could use some help. Specifically on kitchen layout & equipment and lite menu development. The concept is defined and a space has been chosen but I know my limits and these are the areas I could use some assistance with.
The concept is a basic sit down fast casual restaurant meets bier-garden. The space is currently vacant and the kitchen needs to be fully setup (there was a kitchen there before and everything is gone except the hood and walk in).
It would be great to find someone in Northern Virginia to assist with these items. While I would love to find someone to help out in exchange for a few beers, I realize your consultation costs might be more and I am open to negotiations.
In the next few months ill be looking to hire actual staff, for now I'm just looking for a consultant of sorts.
