Hi All,


Does anyone have any advice on how to find a good head chef, all the good ones are usually employed already. I have the added complication of being based on the Isle of Man and there aren't that many around. It's very attractive proposition as we will have a newly refurbished listed building on the Quay in Douglas and apart from being a beautiful and safe island there are great income tax benefits. Is there a site where quality chefs post their credentials?
