Hello ChefTalk ,,, Its good to be here ! My name is Lance Toro and I am a Professional Chef of more than 30 years,I currently work as a private chef in Los Angeles for the last 17 years ,In the course of my career Ive held many differnt positions from Executive chef to Culinary Instructor to Private Chef for the rich and famous and now Im embarking on a new one , Culinary Inventor, This world of culinary arts is a vast and amazing arena that I am so proud to be a part of , You never know where you may end up or what you may be doing but make no mistake it will always be exciting !
