I've recently been exposed to quality restaurants that serve beautifully plated dishes. I want to learn how to cook something even close to that... Where should I begin? I can cook almost anything (ie. boiling macaroni in water, adding in unseasoned chicken breasts, mushrooms, and and egg with soy sauce...), but I have never used anything besides salt, pepper, and paprika. Can anyone link me to resources please? Thank you!
