I am new to this site but not to the Restaurant industry, I Design industrail kitchens for an Equipment dealer (30 year vet)
and a home cook second, I love to cook, and grow a great garden, Pick tons of morels and ramps while in season, and as my name says I fish4life and cook alot of them.
I love to cook soups of all sorts
I have been a busboy/dishwasher/line cook in the pass and have designed 100's of restraunt/bars, for chains and indenpentants
