Hello from California

Hello Chefs,

 

I just graduated from College. I love to cook, but I am not a professional. I would like to open my own restaurant some day, but right now I am building my bank accounts so that I can have a stable income. I am excited to be learning from all of you and thank you in advanced for the mentor-ship.
