Doors will open mid-November 2014 & we need our Chef de Cuisine…neighborhood restaurant that is casual yet sophisticated with the hope of offering bold, seasonally inspired, inventive dishes and familiar dishes with innovative twists at reasonable prices. There will be two private dining rooms offering exclusive, non-static menus for those desiring more of a fine dining experience which will allow the chef to really show-off his or her skills and even potentially allow him or her the freedom to not have a menu, a la "omakase". This would ideally create the sense of a pop-up within the restaurant. If this is of interest to you please provide us with your resume and proposed menu. If you seem like the right candidate we can discuss salary and assistance with relocation.
