chef pete i really like your style I"m starting a new business called on the Go catering

because of other reasons i"m  using a rental kitchen taking care of events 30-50 

pp at his time i really like the freedom of working for my self and my brother holds 

his own in a kitchen as well next week is day one. right now all were doing to get started

is preparing food dropping off no set up clean up show up drop of. Get paid I have

alot of passion being a former marine and restaurant owner 10yrs what advice would you have for us to be successful the first year. 30,000 is a modest goal i believe im listening
