I live in a small town with just about a handful of successful local restaurants that are just under 2 years old... the scene is rising . .. . but very slowly.
Now this IS my ego talking:
I've worked at a couple of these restaurants and see how things are run and man sometimes i can't help but believe that i could make something… pretty historic here.
It seems like everyone likes to hit the fine dining scene so quickly, but my mind conjures something a little more casual.
Something cozy, inviting and delicious.
Anyone ever have that inspiration? Opening a restaurant is not easy, I understand but can't help but think i was kind of made to do this
