What to do with sour clementines?

I got a bunch of clementines, had no idea that they are that sour. I'd rather not throw them away, but don't really know what to do with them. Any idea?

Marmalede comes to my mind. Also dry some peels for other recipes.

A lot of Caribbean, Cuban and Latin American dishes call for sour orange, use those in place of the sour oranges in recipes that call for it, especially for marinades.

Sous Vide to sweeten them up (skip the vacuum bag; you have the skins).

Try them after some synsepalum dulcificum.

Make an exotic pie.
