I got a bunch of clementines, had no idea that they are that sour. I'd rather not throw them away, but don't really know what to do with them. Any idea?
A lot of Caribbean, Cuban and Latin American dishes call for sour orange, use those in place of the sour oranges in recipes that call for it, especially for marinades.
thank you guys so much, I did use them to make a pie and for marinading the beef, worked quite alright
