Hello fellow chefs

Hello fellow chefs I'm ChefMou5e (a nickname given to me by coworkers but mainly my sous chef) Iam head chef of a reasonably sized but extremely busy kitchen in the south of the UK just joined this site for the stories that are out there and to share the stories that I have, and to possibly share some advice/tips for kitchen life and cooking. Having looked through a few forums it is so nice to see that they are so many people cheffing with so much passion it's a rare thing to come across these days anyways would love to hear from any of you.
