I got this recipe from a friend of my wifes, modified slightly. This may have been done before, it's a pretty common recipe, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway.


Ceasar Salad Dressing

In a blender, add:



2            eggs
3/4   C   EVOO
1.5   T   Anchovie paste
2      T   Chopped garlic
2      t    Lemon juice
1      t    Worcesteshire
1/2   t    Mustard
1      t    Italien seasoning
3/4  C   Parmesan
1      t   Black pepper
1/2   t   Salt


If you use canned anchovies, drop in three anchovies.


Blend on low, let sit for a bit, and serve with chopped romaine leaves.

This recipe is banging, should rate to a 95 or better(on the Jimbo rating scale).
