Fry the onion a bit, then add the chicken and fry from both sides (start with the bottom side so the chicken will end up nicely in the pot).
Add the veggies, fry everything together for a few minutes.
Add water exactly ’till it covers up the mixture.
Add spices, salt and pepper of course as u like.
Add the parsley and dry lemon.
When boiled, low the flame, cover the pot and let it cooked for about 30 minutes.
Goes great with a blank rice.
