Ideas needed urgently

Have 2 hours to cook pork shoulder, have no pressure cooker available.  Can I cut it to smaller pieces and just oven roast it?

Are you going for a pulled pork type thing? Or just to get it done? Best bet, get it small, sear the pieces, braise. Good luck!

Thanks, must follow the menu and it says bbq pork, but he was fired at last minute and I kinda got thrown in the fire, so to speak.  My plan was to cut into smaller pieces with seasonings and water, cover tightly with foil and let roast at about 350. I am hoping this will work

Well, good luck. Just remember, you are probably better off 86ing It If the results aren't good. How many shoulders are you talking?
