Ing:

  • Eggplant
  • Tahini
  • Sedan
  • Pine nuts
  • Parsley

Cut the eggplant into slices and bake in the oven for 15 min, burn on fire.

Place on a plate, add above Tahini, Sedan.

Fry the pine-nuts a little bit.

Add above nicely, add chopped parsley.
