Hey I'm 16 and new to cooking foods. I was going to oven bake some chicken drumsticks/thighs and salmon.... I was wondering if it would be okay do it without oil or butter... Could I use lemon juice instead? Thanks.

It will taste better if oil is used, but it isn't strictly necessary. And the chicken skin will be crisper.
