Hi Everyone

I am taking on a new project part time. Doing some small group teaching seminars. And im looking to purchase an induction burner. I have never used these before. I was hoping you guys have some input on this equipment.

Cheers.

Checking out the reviews on Amazon it is clear that the various companies all have significant quality control issues.  So just make sure whoever you by from can be relied upon for a return.  Of the cheaper units Duxtop seemed to do well (some models much better than others), some of the more expensive units did not do well at all.  1800 watters, largest you can get at 110V, ranged from 70 to $200+
