I am about to chose for a pastry school in order to have the best education (practical one) possible in the field of pastry arts. This program (Master Class Lenôtre) has a 850 hours training classes during 6 months, for a competitive price/tuition fee. Is there a better alternative in the market? Is there any difference between chosing the French Lenôtre school and any other Lenôtre one located outside France.
