My name is Taz. I am 38. I have worked in restaurants since I was 21, probably done every job both in the kitchen and on the service floor (between other jobs that I've had).  I have mainly worked in restaurants serving East European menu.  I have recently come back to the kitchen after jobs elsewhere and started cooking in a very small pub in West Yorkshire and was soon offered a position of a chef in a much bigger pub with better facilities.  I am a professional chef in the sense that I do it as a job and get paid for it, and I do my best.  I am not a professional in terms of sufficient experience, so I am here to learn.  I am looking forward to getting to know you all.
