Need Help : Menu consultant

Thread Starter

Hi guys,

Im new to the forum!  First, a little background information about myself.  I current own and operate an asian restaurant in CA.  So I do have some experience.

Im looking to do a new business venture in Asia and I need help with the menu/recipe.  Im a huge fan of BluJam in LA. (http://www.blujamcafe.com/wp-content/uploads/BJC-Menu-Sept-20141.pdf)

Im trying to do something similar to that menu wise.  If you are an expert in brunch style cafe food & sandwiches and can help me, please let me know.  Im willing to pay for your expertise.  I do prefer to work with someone who's local to me in Orange County, CA.

Which part of Asia?  Sometimes things that look good over here don't do that well over there.

FYI - In most parts of Asia food is extremely inexpensive

Expensive or not depends on where you earn your money.

My point was that in many parts of Asia the customers are not used too, or willing to spend big $$$ on food, so be careful. Of course there are exceptions like Singapore & Tokyo

That's changing pretty quickly.....there will always be the hole in the wall places but prices are going up and there are lots of people willing to pay for a western experience. If it's in a tourist area the prices will already be close to that level.
