Hi 

 

I currently have a Crepe business and am having trouble with the plates as in the batter is sticking to them when they have been used constantly.I use Gas,and consistently clean them,i also have used fine sand paper to ta the build up of food off them. I have a hugh festival next weekend and am under pressure to get these right. If i have to purchase new plates i will do but only as a last resort. I live in Ireland and will struggle to source plates in a short space of time. All help will be greatly accepted.
