I have a sweet tooth (although I don't put as much sugar as recipes ask for!) and for as long as I can remember I've wanted to become a pastry chef of some sort. 


I'm in the UK (London) and I'm looking to do a course but I'm not sure where to start. It's not so much for a job. I have a job, I can take a break and focus on something I've wanted to do but I really want to learn techniques and be a professional.


Does anyone have any advice?
