Own a 2 story historic building that was updated in 1998, new roof in 2004. Across from a wildy successful brew pub (no food!). Think an layback, but elegant wine bar serving tapas would be a hit. Unit could be a live/work situation for chef. Brew pub is open Wednesday thru Saturday 4 to 11. Sunday from noon to 8 pm. Could a seasonally adjusted as this is Florida. Seeking a chef partner or a lease with option to buy. Owner financing available. Partnership ak tto, but must have money to play unless you just want a job.
Ground floor has over 2000 sf and a fire wall in place. Needs kitchen. Upsides is a nice 1800 sf 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Downtown location - one block to Indian River. 3 blocks to city marina. Near city hall and lots of other businesses.

Hello

Where is your building located?  What are you looking for?  Let me know.

I am interested in talking to you regarding the opportunity you have to work with you .   I’m a Sous Chef from Italy with 9 years’ experience ranging from Up-scale Bistro, Michelin starred restaurants to luxury hotels in Italy, London and the United States. I started my career at 15 years old and developed my passion for food, wine and providing a quality culinary dining experience.  By age 18, while working towards my Culinary Degree, I was working in supervisory positions under the executive chefs assisting with all aspects of the kitchen operations, management and training.  In April 2010 I was offered an opportunity with Ristorante Bistrot-Michelin starred top in Forte dei Marmi , Italy where I worked with a variety of professional and experienced staff in the Italian traditional and innovative cuisine. I worked with experienced level Chefs in fine dining cuisine, like Daniele Angelini, Alessandro Sodini, Patrizio Giacomelli and Adamo Malvone.

My decision to leave Italy for London opened new opportunities for my passion fulfilling my culinary goals.   The Paramount restaurant in Centre Point, London provided new opportunities learning English cuisine style, with well-known Chef, Colin Layfield.

Next, on my culinary journey, I met Michelin-starred chef Massimiliano Blasone.  He taught me different techniques, delectable new dishes which allowed me to build my individual creative style and presentation and share my true passion for food and wine in the overall culinary dining experience. In April 2013 Massimiliano Blasone, myself and three other Italian sous chefs  headed up the management and opening of the Malibu Restaurant in June 2013.  We handled all the pre-opening research, vendor setup, design, menus, hiring of all staff, planning, organization and preparation for opening and managing the Mediterranean up-scale restaurant.   It continues to be a great learning experience.  I look forward to a new opportunity that I can continue to learn and use my leadership skills, my experience and understanding of kitchen operations, management and my creative passion in the culinary industry.  I recently married and I am living in the Los Angeles area with my wife , who is a California native.

I would welcome an opportunity to meet with you to discuss my qualifications and your requirements in detail.

Thank you for your time and consideration.  Have a great day!
