Hi everyone!

I posted a forum earlier regarding tasteless pulled pork but did not start with an introduction of myself so here is one. I am a 21 year old uni student from Brisbane, Australia and I major in Food Science. Just joined this forum because im so keen in learning so much more about FOOOOOODD and cooking, especially healthy cooking. Ok, thats about it, have a great day!

My apprentice is travelling to Brisbane tomorrow for a month and Im soooo jealous; its SUMMERTIME there! ( I'm in Canada qq )
Lucky. Plus kangaroos and Koalas and all the other cool animals that will kill.
