Liquid soft serve Ice Cream

Hello everyone I am hoping for some direction with some Soft serve Ice Cream mix .The problem is that I no longer have use of the Ice Cream machine and need to use the product in a variety of desserts .We have made some brule's added to our cheese cakes as well as bread pudding .I would appreciate any suggestions. I should add I have chocolate as well as vanilla. Thank you.

Are you asking for suggestions on how to finish off a walk in full of leftover ice cream base?
What form is it in (liquid or powder) ?
