Problems with pound and bundt cakes, help please!

Hi everyone,

I have an electric oven. My problem is: when I bake a cake (a bundt or a cake in aloaf pan) the bottom is always under-baked! even if the top is almost burnt. I put it in the center of the ove, choose the right temperature according to the recipe and follow all the steps. what is wrong? maybe the oven?

You may want to check your heating elements to see if they are working properly. biggrin.gif
