Hi, I am 24 and so far have gotten tendinitis in my left hand have had lower back problems and have a bum knee and a bum shoulder.  I am starting to realize that I am not a teenager anymore and need to start working out to improve muscle strength if I want to stay in the kitchen.  I was just wondering if anyone here has any exercises or workouts that they would like to share.

Im 50 and feel your pain. i try to keep pretty active outside of work. Training wise I walk alot, I take both dogs out in the morning,5am for a half hour walk and in the evening again for another 45 min walk before bed. I do Thai kick boxing 2 times a week witch is a total body work out for a hour and a half, i sweat like a pig but it does invigorate me. recently started yoga, still afraid Im going to snap in two at times but I am getting a bit more bendy. Its not a bad idea to find yourself a good massuse and visit them every couple weeks, I do as well as seeing a good chiropractor once a month. Watch your diet and make sure your getting balanced nutrition and keep an eye on your beer intake. I say this as a reflection on my younger days, its easy to get into bad habits and it all adds up the older you get. Get and stay healthy.
