Hey guys my name is jay and new to the forum, I'm a 24year old commis chef from the uk I've about 2 and half years experience and a diploma in professional catering and hospitality, I've changed my residence and not currently working in the kitchen but was previously working in a franchise company ,it was a very good place to start ,the kitchen is professionally run and flat out from start to finish,I loved every minute we served around 250 to 300 people daily , I've learned a lot and a lot more to go

Hi Jay. Welcome to ChefTalk. Glad to have you with us and to hear a little about you. Are you planning on getting back into a kitchen? Sounds like you have a great attitude. The industry needs more people like you, times a wasting!
