Hey guys my name is jay and new to the forum, I'm a 24year old commis chef from the uk I've about 2 and half years experience and a diploma in professional catering and hospitality, I've changed my residence and not currently working in the kitchen but was previously working in a franchise company ,it was a very good place to start ,the kitchen is professionally run and flat out from start to finish,I loved every minute we served around 250 to 300 people daily , I've learned a lot and a lot more to go
