Hello all! I'm new to this site and just wanted to introduce myself. I am a Professional Chef turned Culinary Recruiter. I specialize in CA Cuisine, Italian, French, and Asian foods. I've worked in savory and pastry, I don't have a specific trade or area I stick to because food is my passion. I'm ACF Certified and have enjoyed being apart of the ACF community.  I'm a big foodie and love to explore new foods. I have had the privilege of dining at many Michelin Restaurants, my favorite being French Laundry (what an amazing experience!).  Thomas Keller is an inspiration to me as well as Michael Tusk. I am currently working for Flagship who is a vendor for the largest social media company located in Menlo Park, CA. I love my job and the people I meet everyday. If you have any questions feel free to ask away :)

Welcome to ChefTalk we are glad you joined. Do specialize in all levels of recruitment (line cooks, prep, chefs etc) or just in higher end positions? How long have you been a recruiter?

Hi Nicko,

 

I recruit all levels from Dishwasher - High level Management. I have been doing this for roughly 4 years now off and on. I've previously worked as a Restaurant Manager, Pastry Chef, and my last position as a Chef Manager/Recruiter.
