Gotta start somewhere. Hi to everyone. Looking forward to being part of many great ideas and conversation.
Thanks to those too who started these boards. Seems like a cool place for cooks to hang.

Welcome, crushtl! You're right: it's a very cool and welcoming place to "hang". Cruise on through the forums and post away. You can use the search function to locate topics of particular interest to you, too.

Just about everything. Whatever catches my interest at the time. After 14 years of restaurants, country clubs, catering and hotels, dabbing in a little of everything is more interesting.

eh! from canada

sound like you've had an interesting career thus far and i truly love hearing the tales of a gypsy cook. I've been from the middle of canada to the west coast and can't wait to see what surprises are on the east coast have you ever been here?
