Hello fellow friends on Chef Talk, I've been cooking for about 7 years and I'm on my way to culinary school this year filled with much excitement. I randomly stumbled across this site whilst looking for an upgrade of my current hardware and to delve really deep into this part of the culinary world. I ordered myself a Wusthof 8" chef knife the other day (I get a good discount from Williams-sonoma) along with a wusthof paring knife and a knife rack. I'm hoping to read up on a lot and getting some advice on where to start to finish up complementing my set up which include: Cutting board, Knife for my lady to use and a sharpening stone.
