Hello all,

My names Yosef, I graduated with a psychology major recently and am tentatively exploring the culinary business and what oppurtunities it can offer. As of now I'm a salad prep chef in a school kitchen and run a small home-operated hummus business on the side. looking forward to discuss and explore all the different facets of the kitchen with y'all
