My name is Amy and I'm the owner/chef/caterer/slave of a little eatery in MN. We've been open about a year and a half and it has been a baptism by fire! I'm learning loads as I go but I'm glad to find this site because everyday I discover more that I did not know.

I'm looking forward to gleaning wisdom from others, sharing ideas and growing in my chosen career path.
