Ok, I am wanting ot make some chocolate dipped cookies, but I am not sure how to make to chocolate "sauce" (if you will). I'm thinking of something sort of like a taking a some chocolate chips, heating up some milk or cream and then making a simple ganache, but I'm not sure on the quantities for that. so any help would be appreciated. I'm also not sure if a ganache is what I should be using for this project.
