Hello!

 

I'm a home chef from Ontario, Canada. I've recently joined the forums in hopes of learning a few things from the more veteran chefs and knowledgeable members . I hope to one day be able to share my knowledge in some useful way to others. Thanks for taking the time to read this and hope to chat with you soon!

Welcome Chef we are glad you joined us. I can often be found in Ontario during the summer near Nestor Falls fishing for bass, walleye and pike. Must be nice living where you do with so much beauty and the resources of fresh fish for your kitchen. Let us know if you have any questions.
