Hi all, 29 years old and have been cooking for about 4 years. Started a new job at a seafood restaurant 2 weeks ago, holding down the fryer. Usually spend my days off in the kitchen at home, enjoying the slow pace and a few drinks, breaking down a chicken, leisurely cooking dinner. When it's not food on my hands I enjoy making art and skateboarding. Throw my hands in the air often, and move them in a manner which portrays how little I actually care.
Welcome Tim glad to have you. I love cooking seafood and I think it is often mis-understood how to cook cook seafood properly. Glad you still enjoy cooking at home I never did that after work since I was doing that all through the week. Guess that means you have some real passion for what your doing.
