Line Cook Position...Cooking Interview

I had a verbal interview today and tomorrow I'll have to do a cooking demo.  I'm so nervous, but know I can blow it out of the park.  The Executive Chef said he'll see what's available for me to cook and I was thinking if they have fish then I could make a Fish Menuinere, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans w/lemon herb butter sauce.  If they have chicken, I can do a Puerto Rican Roast Chicken with homemade sofrito w/seared grape tomatoes & olives and rice.

Any suggestions?

Here's my instagram page just practicing at home.  These are every day meals I prepare for me and my husband's dinners at home.

I DID IT.  I GOT THE LINE COOK'S POSITION!!!!  I'M SO HAPPY.  Now, all I have to do is be finger printed, medical exam, and a background check and I'm in!

Finally, someone recognized my talent.

Congratulations! Now for the 16 hour shifts, filling in for the no-shows and patiently putting up with the prima-donnas who don't know a freakin' thing. You might get to see your husband once and a while too! LOL! The greatest job you'll ever hate.
