I had a verbal interview today and tomorrow I'll have to do a cooking demo. I'm so nervous, but know I can blow it out of the park. The Executive Chef said he'll see what's available for me to cook and I was thinking if they have fish then I could make a Fish Menuinere, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans w/lemon herb butter sauce. If they have chicken, I can do a Puerto Rican Roast Chicken with homemade sofrito w/seared grape tomatoes & olives and rice.
