I am the owner of a new donut shop, I am currently looking to create the most moist, flufff and freshest doughnuts possible. I am looking for a pastry chef or baker with experience with donut recipe formulation including ingredients, ratios, procedures and product shelf life. This opportunity is available immediately and can be done remotely or at our facilities.

I'm looking for a base yeast doughnut recipe, that yields a soft, fluffy and moist doughnut.
