I have been doing research on culinary courses in Italy....one in particular has taken my interest.

The Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, the course is Master of Italian Cuisine (3months). the price is 10,000 euros...SCARY!!!!

 

I am writing to all of you to ask advise does anyone know this school? anyone been there?

are there any other schools I should be looking at?

I would like to be in Italy as I live close by and I am looking to do a course that is intense and I will come out with a qualification that people will take seriously. I am a wine lover and would like a course that also involves pairing and tasting.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
