Hello everyone,

 

I am a new member & have a new chocolate business I just started in 2014---small-batch chocolates made with fruit we grow on our ranch in Ojai, CA, and native herbs.

As I am self-taught and not professionally trained, I will have many questions I hope the experts in the community will be able to help with.
