This would be my second career and depending on how my money will stretch I want to do a one or 18 month Chefs training. I am looking for a professional chefs training in Italy or Spain specializing in Mediterranean or Italian food. I have looked around and got a recommendation for Bell-art in Barcelona which looks very promising. Can anyone recommend a established, internationally accredited Culinary school in Italy or Spain that you have been to as a student, currently studying? Any recommendation from Chefs, long in the field, would be wonderful too.
