My "beater set" chef knife, filet knife and boning knife all Chicago Cutlery. Garde Manger kit with couple of melon ballers, apple corer, zester, Kershaw TaskMaster shears, microplane, ceramic honing rod, digital bio therm.... im sure im missing something.
I've got a 10" shun chef (a former christmas gift and my baby) ; a 7" wustof santoku (the workhorse) and a house-knife style boner (giggity). Also a fish spat, a great unique little spoon thats awesome for drizzling honey and other weird stuff and a Kunz spoon for saucing/plating. Wish I had a good paring knife and othe fun stuff though. Currently looking on Etsy (blame the girlfriend) for a cool/moderately inexpensive roll.
