My name is Teresa I have a catering business in a rural setting, Alberta Canada I have been in business for about 8 solid years, and just recently built a new catering facility to support the demand.  I am self taught and love love love surfing the web for new ideas and trending food ideas.  I have 4 children busy busy busy life just trying to keep sane, and keep people loving what i do as my passion

When you do stop in, take a look at the cooking articles, cookbook and equipment reviews, photo galleries and other great features. We have more than the discussion forums, wonderful as they are. You never know what jewels you'll find here.

 

That said, the members themselves are the wealth of the community. They come from all over the world, all levels of expertise (pro and home cook alike), all kinds of culinary interests, all ages. While you're a professional, don't overlook the goodies you can find in the general forums as well.
