I am an 'other'

Hi there user name is Radjab, I describe myself as an other in culinary experience cause none of those titles quite fit.

 

I currently run my own baking and catering business, I have worked as a prep chefs for a nationally known chef and I sell my products and baked goods to restaurants in the NYC area. I like to consider myself a creative my medium is food and everything I create is based off my audience.

 

I have tons of questions and hope that I can be of help where ever I can.
