I have been asked to come up with a way to make a strawberry rose garnish that will not take up too much time during service. Though I poses the knowledge of how to do make them I have never had to store a bunch of them at one time since my experience lays within the walls of entrees. What is the best way to preserve strawberries cut this way? Is it possible to freeze them or will the freezing process tear apart the fruit? how long would they keep once made? Any help would be much appreciated.
