No bake Cheese cake with yoghurt no condensed milk

I want to make a cheesecake slice with Philly cheese passion fruit yoghurt and gelatin I don't want to use condensed milk but need for it to stay firm as I want to serve on bite size pieces please help me to have the right consistency for this to set and hold when put out to serve
