Okay, it's an artisnal pizza place, not exactly a new idea. But if you want to look at a massive oven, and eat, of course, there's a good place in Bethesda, Md. At Pitzze, the dough is all made with sourdough starter, not commercial yeast. That goes for both the pizza and the breads.
