Hi Everyone, I am from New Jersey

I have been cooking for years,  now I am into making cheesecakes, they call me the cheesecake lady.!!!

I am trying my hand at mini cheesecakes, and my problem is preventing them from deflating.

I will keep you all posted. I am going to try some suggestions I read in this website. wish me luck
