Hello From VA

Thread Starter

Hey I'm John. I'm an Agriculture Major at VSU in VA. I started cooking around highschool and am now looking to going to culinary school after I graduate from the university. We can talk more about why but I'm also looking for some good tips and advice on improving as a cook. I would put my skill at beginner. I'm working on things like knife skills, seasoning, and just basic knowledge. Any advice or conversation is appreciated.
