Hey guys,

we are a young couple who spent some time away from Czech Republic learning all the beauty about hospitality & gastronomy itself. We came back to open our own restaurant, serving modern but relaxed contemporary food offered in short menu changed seasonally.

We found an amazing place, in small town just 20 minutes from Prague, old factory from 1872, by the river with all the great local farmers around. The restaurant will have around 60 - 80 seats plus 400 sq meters event room.

Opening date: aprox. September 2015

As we think Czech gastronomy is still in bad condition (and luckily there is more and more people working hard to change it) we are looking for someone who has spent enough time abroad to have the right know how an enthusiasm for us. Restaurants like Ox and Finch (Glasgow), Newmarket Hotel St Kilda (Melbourne) or Empress (London) will give you an idea what are we aiming at.

Not fine dining at all, just comfort, relaxed food made from seasonal and local ingredients, lots of colours, textures & flavours. All food will be to share concept as well.

In the beginning, you will work in very small team managing BOH, creating menu for restaurant & event room, managing staff, HACCP standards and all the admin.

We are looking for a friendly character with positive thinking, hardworking, open-minded, reliable person who loves food & cooking. We are the only owners and FOH managers and we know exactly what we want to do.
